Service Level Agreement

1. Overview

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the terms and expectations for job providers (employers/recruiters) using the MyJobPost.net platform to post job listings, manage applications, and hire talent. It ensures clear communication, accountability, and quality of service.


2. Services Covered

MyJobPost.net agrees to provide the following services:

  • Candidate Application Dashboard
  • Communication Tools (e.g., chat, interview request, offer letter handling)
  • Optional Promotional Features (e.g., Featured Job Listing, Priority Candidate Access)

3. Platform Availability

  • We aim for 99% platform uptime monthly.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
  • Downtime due to third-party services (hosting, payment gateway) is not covered.

4. Job Post Approval

  • Job posts may be subject to manual or automated review.
  • Inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating listings may be removed without notice.
  • Job posts usually go live within 2 hours of submission (during working hours).

5. Support & Response Times

  • Email Support: myjobpost.net@gmail.com
  • Typical response time: Within 24 working hours
  • Priority support for Premium/Featured clients (if applicable)

6. Job Provider Responsibilities

Job providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and legal job descriptions.
  • Not post jobs involving scams, illegal work, or misrepresentation.
  • Treat candidates professionally and avoid discrimination.
  • Not request payments from candidates under any condition.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Paid services (such as featured job slots) are non-refundable, unless due to technical fault from our end.
  • Payment terms are governed by our Refund Policy and Terms and Condition.

8. Termination & Suspension

MyJobPost.net reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access for violations of this SLA or the platform’s policies.
  • Terminate inactive or abusive employer accounts after written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MyJobPost.net is not responsible for the behavior or performance of any candidate.
  • We do not guarantee hiring success; our platform is a medium for job posting and talent discovery.

10. Agreement Validity

This SLA remains valid until updated or replaced. Updates may be issued via website notice or email. Continued usage of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
