1. General Policy
MyJobPost.net is a freelance job posting and hiring platform that connects employers with recruiters and candidates. We operate on a non-refundable service model in most scenarios due to the nature of digital hiring and time-bound services.
2. Refunds Are NOT Provided In the Following Cases:
- If a recruiter or freelancer has already started working on the project.
- If any milestone or payment has been released by the employer.
- If dissatisfaction arises after partial or full service delivery.
- For change of mind, budget issues, or project cancellation from the client side.
- For subscription charges or access-based platform fees once activated.
3. Refunds MAY Be Considered Only If:
- The assigned freelancer fails to respond or initiate the task within 48 hours.
- No service is delivered and the milestone is still unreleased.
- Duplicate or unauthorized payment has been made (after verification).
- Technical issues due to MyJobPost.net that prevent the user from using purchased services.
Note: All such refund requests are subject to internal review and must be raised within 5 working days from the date of transaction.
4. How to Request a Refund?
You must write to us at myjobpost.net@gmail.com with:
- Project ID
- Registered Email
- Transaction details
- Reason for refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original source account within 7–10 working days.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements between employer and freelancer, MyJobPost.net offers a basic internal resolution process. However, we do not guarantee full refunds unless clearly justified.
